Volunteer at the 2025 Conference

HHS is looking for volunteers to help at our conference! Volunteer shifts will be three hours long. Volunteers will receive a $30 discount on their registration fee! Please indicate your preference for volunteering (select all that apply)

BEMF Registration and Tickets

HHS conference attendees have the amazing opportunity to take advantage of BEMF events at the 2025
festival! BEMF will charge a $10 fee for any HHS attendee wishing to view the exhibition hall or attend an event
at the Colonnade Hotel. While the $10 fee can be paid in advance via BEMF's website, their director has
encouraged HHS attendees to purchase it at the door to avoid a $7 surcharge fee. They will not run out of
tickets, so there is no risk with waiting to purchase at the door. Please note that this $10 fee does NOT apply
to concerts, opera performances, and fringe concerts that BEMF hosts. Those are ticketed separately via
their website. Please indicate that you understand the BEMF fees and ticketing.

Museum of Fine Arts Boston

Part of the HHS 2025 Conference is a unique opportunity to attend a presentation of the historical harps at
the MFA Boston. This event will be on Thursday, June 12th from 2:00pm-3:30pm. The museum requires
attendees purchase their own tickets to this event via their website. Tickets will be available one month prior
to the event and are $27. Please indicate that you understand you will be responsible for purchasing your
own ticket to this event and will not hold HHS accountable if you fail to purchase your ticket.
